We will do exchanges ONLY if there was an error on our behalf (example: Shipping the wrong sized garment from order invoice.) Our exchange policy will only remain active within 14 days from receipt; after that time it will become expired. All items eligible for exchanged are required to be: UNWORN and in the ORIGINAL PACKAGE. All items returned for an exchange that are damaged, defective or worn will not be eligible for a refund. All digital products are final sale and not to be shared with others.
We have the right to refuse your returned item if we felt the condition of the item was not returned in the condition it was shipped.
You can contact me directly by sending an email to: with the following in the subject line: Exchange Request/Order Number/Full Name and in the body of the email please state the reason for the exchange request.
All shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer. This policy will include exchanges unless it was caused by us sending the wrong order. Shipping costs are non - refundable.
When sending any items make sure to provide a tracking number to ensure receipt. The best way would be to send the confirmation via email with your order number in the subject line. Please be advised we do not pre-pay for any shipping material or the cost to ship the item.
When Will My Order Ship?
Please allow up to 10 days to process your order.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and estimated date of delivery once shipped.
What If I Need To Change My Order?
You may change your order along with your mailing address within 20 hours after your item has been processed. Please contact us directly via email: and place CHANGE MY ORDER/ORDER NUMBER/FULL NAME in the subject line. In the body of the mail please mention the changes you need made.
If your email has been received timely, you will receive a confirmation email verifying the changes were made.
